Abortion Provision Handcuffs Legislation

Forum Column - By Robert Feinstein - They say there are two things you should never watch being made: sausage and legislation. The pending bill to amend the U.S. Bankruptcy Code is a perfect example. Members of Congress have not shown sufficient sensitivity to the practical implications of some of the changes suggested, and it therefore might be best if they left the Bankruptcy Code alone. In many respects, the proposed bill does not represent good law or sound policy.
