World Trade Center building in Carmel Mountain Ranch nets $14.45 million

The listing brokers were Mike Erwin, Tucker Hohenstein, and Ted Cuthbert of Colliers International. There were no buyer's brokers on the transaction, according to The CoStar Group.

An 81,980-square-foot industrial building at 12340 World Trade Center Drive in Carmel Mountain Ranch has been sold for $14.45 million.

The buyer was CHR VII WPC I San Diego World Storage, an entity of Wentworth Property Co. of Phoenix. Wentworth Property took out a $13.38 million loan from Scottsdale Northsight Lender LLC, which is headquartered in Dallas.

The seller was the Carvin Corp. of San Diego.
