Class Suit Filed Over Inmates Separated by Race

A class action lawsuit filed Wednesday claims that state prison officials engage in racially discriminatory lockdowns.

The Prison Law Office and Bingham McCutchen LLP filed a class-action lawsuit Wednesday on behalf of California prison inmates, accusing state corrections officials of imposing racially discriminatory lockdowns.
