Riverside Cops Sued for Millers Death

RIVERSIDE - Lawyers for the family of Tyisha Miller filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city of Riverside and five police officers Tuesday, claiming Miller was wrongfully assaulted by officers who exhibited racial prejudice toward her and failed to prevent her civil rights from being violated.
