Funding Approved for New City Attorney Programs

A $4.2 billion budget for fiscal 1999-2000 approved Monday by the Los Angeles City Council includes funding for City Attorney James K. Hahn to continue a new program to evict tenants engaging in narcotics-related activities and start a new program for children.
