Court Reporter Unable to Sue Over Retaliation

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appeals panel has ruled that a court reporter, accused of airing a district court's "dirty laundry" in her testimony in a civil rights case, cannot sue for money damages for what she alleged was a retaliatory firing.
