SAN FRANCISCO - Some California judges prefer a "don't ask, don't tell policy" when it comes to revealing their sexual orientation, a recent survey indicates.
In response to a new state law, judges were asked for the first time to identify whether they are heterosexual, gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.
