Changes to ADR disclosures raise concerns

SAN FRANCISCO - Arbitrators in California may soon be required to disclose whether they have a record of public discipline.


The Judicial Council is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a revamp of the disclosure rules, which are designed to protect the finality of the arbitration process as well as the parties involved.
