Judge rules Facebook plaintiff cannot avoid deposition
A woman who sued Facebook Inc. for violating her privacy, then decided she did not want to be deposed because questions from the social networking site's lawyers would invade it further, must submit to a deposition, a San Jose judge ruled Tuesday.
