SAN FRANCISCO - A vote on a city-funded pro bono civil litigation program in San Francisco has been delayed a week.
The 11 members of San Francisco's Board of Supervisors were scheduled to vote on the program Tuesday afternoon but delayed the vote until Feb. 28 to make sure everyone was back from vacation.
If enacted, the program may be the first of its kind in the country to apply government funding to civil court ...
