Santa Monica sole practitioner Jack L. Schwartz says he is in a David versus Goliath fight in a tenant-landlord case against an East Coast couple he claims are millionaires.
"It's different to be up against millionaires who think they are above the law," Schwartz, who represents two nurses, said. "It's just a normal lawsuit where they have enough money to churn out a lot of papers."
