SAN DIEGO - James Cooper handed over the equivalent of $1.30 in U.S. dollars to a Bolivian "entrepreneur" for a pirated copy of the yet-to-be-released film "Che." Ironically, the California Western School of Law professor was there to shoot a documentary for the Department of Justice on the evils of piracy.
