The lead plaintiffs' lawyer in a $2 billion civil rights lawsuit against the estate of the late Philippine dictator Ferdinand E. Marcos reacted sharply Friday to claims that U.S. District Judge Manuel A. Real of Los Angeles mishandled funds in the case.
