Antitrust Claims Against Big Oil Can Proceed, Court Rules

The 9th Circuit Friday ruled that a lawsuit claiming that big oil companies worked together to keep California gas prices high can go forward.

A federal appeals court ruled Friday that a lawsuit filed by gas station owners claiming that big oil companies colluded to keep California gas prices high can go forward.
