Retired state judges lose battle over pension benefits

The state Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal brought by a group of retired judges and their heirs who claim they were collectively shortchanged $100 million in pension benefits.

The state Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal brought by a group of retired judges and their heirs who claim they were collectively shortchanged $100 million in pension benefits.
