Sartorial Advice for the Litigation Attorney

Regarding "Clothes Could Make or Break the Lawyer, for Jurors at Least," (Daily Journal, Oct. 24), although in general trial lawyers should take heed of Karl Fleming's advice regarding the way they should dress during a jury trial, I would modify his opinions in two respects.
