Netflix Inc. won a motion for summary judgment Tuesday enabling it to escape an antitrust class action filed by its subscribers in 2009.
The suit claimed Netflix conspired with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. to divide the market for DVD sales and online rentals in the United States.
