At Last, Justices Can Rule On Person's Right to Arms

U.S. Congress , 292 F.3d 597 (9th Cir. 2002)), the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently focused its "sights" on the Second Amendment, declaring that there is no individual right to keep and bear arms.
