LSAC sues state over new standardized test law
The Law School Admission Council has sued state Attorney General Kamala Harris and Gov. Jerry Brown in Sacramento County Superior Court for allegedly forcing the LSAC to provide law schools "misleading" information about its test.

The Law School Admission Council has sued state Attorney General Kamala Harris and Gov. Jerry Brown in Sacramento County Superior Court for allegedly forcing the LSAC to provide law schools "misleading" information about the Law School Admission Test. In September, Brown signed into law Assembly Bill 2122, which created a provision preventing the LSAC from telling law schools if LSAT-takers took extra time to complete their tests. ...
