Jurist Objects to Odor in Court After Defendant Raises a Stink

SAN DIEGO - The "Bad Hair Bandit" turned into the "Bad Air Bandit" after he cleared a courtroom Thursday. That was just one of the jokes lawyers made as they waited outside the felony arraignment courtroom in downtown San Diego for deodorant sprays to cleanse the air of pungent traces of what Charles B. Fowler Jr. left behind.
