CDAA, CPDA Both Choose New Leaders

SACRAMENTO - Two of the state's top criminal justice organizations have new leaders in place. The 2,300-member California District Attorneys Association last week named David LaBahn, the group's longtime deputy director and a former Orange County prosecutor, as its new executive director.
