Supreme Court Sets Stage for 2003-04 Term

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday set the stage for the 2003-04 term, in which the court will take on Washington state's decision to not fund religious studies in sectarian colleges, the parameters of the Miranda warning in a Missouri murder case and the statute of limitations under civil rights laws that applies to African-American workers who were terminated from an Illinois manufacturing plant when it closed.
