Judge Affirms Copyright Ruling in Pooh Litigation

LOS ANGELES - A federal judge on Friday affirmed her tentative ruling that the granddaughter of British children's author A.A. Milne may not terminate a copyright exploitation deal made with an American company that licenses U.S. and Canadian rights to the Winnie the Pooh characters to the Walt Disney Co.
