Court Weighs Challenges to Trespass Law

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court justices strongly indicated Wednesday that a Virginia man convicted of trespassing at a public-housing project may have good arguments that the trespassing statute is unconstitutional but not that it violates the First Amendment.
