Panel: Prisoner Entitled to Parole
A man who shot and killed a security guard in an attempted robbery of an adult bookstore is entitled to parole, a unanimous state appellate panel ruled Wednesday in an opinion that criticized an earlier decision by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger denying parole.
