Patent Prosecutors Need Tech Savvy

With near-record demand for patent-related services, patent prosecutors may be in demand but movement between firms is limited by the unique needs that firms have for those positions.

California is a leader in patent activity, receiving 23,354 U.S. patents last year, more than any state or country with the exception of Japan, according to the Department of Commerce.
