Supreme Court Slaps EPA on Global Warming

While traffic idled on the 110 Freeway in Los Angeles Monday, environmentalists celebrated a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that rebuked the Environmental Protection Agency’s reasons for failing to regulate greenhouses gases.
