The widow of entertainer Bing Crosby and her children are the sole owners of Crosby's publicity rights, an appellate court has ruled. The decision by the 2nd District Court of Appeal, Division 3 reverses a trial court ruling granting such rights to the descendants of Crosby's first wife.
