Use of Overbreadth in 'Ashcroft' Case Jeopardizes Children's Welfare

Free Speech Coalition was being circulated and discussed, I recall thinking how difficult it is to write a law broad enough to address the entire problem without reaching "expression" that either does not cause the harm at which the law is aimed or nevertheless should be protected for some other reason.
