'Crawford' Grounds for Reversal in Molest Case

SAN JOSE - The 6th District Court of Appeal on Wednesday overturned the conviction of a man found guilty of molesting his stepdaughter, citing a U.S. Supreme Court decision that barred out-of-court "testimonial" statements in criminal trials unless the defendant has a chance to cross-examine his accuser.
