Plan for Detainees' Release Doesn't Quiet Critics
WASHINGTON - Critics of the Bush administration's handling of suspected "enemy combatants" at Guantnamo Bay said the government's reported plans to release 140 prisoners detained at the military base in Cuba leave the rest in legal limbo.
