Loss of an Eye Doesn't Substantially Limit Sight

The article "Firing a One-Eyed Referee Can Cost More Than 15 Yards" by John Lattin and published on Sept. 27, surprisingly asserts that its one-eyed referee subject "should be able to show that he has a disability ...
