Pillsbury, ACLU Challenge Drug Test Policy

Lawyers from the American Civil Liberties Union and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in San Francisco filed suit against a Shasta County high school district, which revised its random drug testing policy earlier this year to include students who participate in non-athletic activities, claiming that the testing violates students' constitutional rights.
