Monsanto sues state to avoid putting a cancer warning labels on herbicide

The chemical giant says the state relied on flawed science after it signals that the herbicide should be listed under Proposition 65

Chemical giant Monsanto Co. has sued the state's environmental health agency, alleging that it relied on flawed science when it signaled it would order the company to slap a cancer warning label on its widely-used pesticide glyphosate.
