U.S. Supreme Court grants cert in insider trading case

In a move that could ultimately resolve a circuit split and give clarity to insider trading laws, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday granted cert to the insider trading conviction of a man who traded on tips he knew originated from his brother-in-law, an investment banker.
