Beekeepers, farmers and anti-pesticide nonprofits sue the EPA

The government is illegally exempting the widespread use of seeds coated with neonicotinoids from regulation, plaintiffs allege.

Beekeepers, farmers and anti-pesticide groups sued the Environmental Protection Agency Wednesday alleging it is failing to keep pesticide-laden dust from contaminating huge swathes of farmland and wreaking havoc on the environment, and particularly on bees.
