California voters will have an opportunity to formally voice their opinions on unrestricted political campaign contributions after the state Supreme Court ruled Monday that Proposition 49 can appear on the ballot.
By a 6-1 vote, the justices denied a petition from the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association that sought to block the statewide initiative from voter consideration.
