California tax law trumps multistate agreement, state Supreme Court rules

The state Supreme Court unanimously rejected a bid Thursday from six multistate corporations led by The Gillette Co. to recoup $34 million in state corporate tax proceeds.

The state Supreme Court unanimously rejected a bid Thursday from six multistate corporations led by The Gillette Co. to recoup $34 million in state corporate tax proceeds.
