PacBell Agrees to Change Leave Policy

SAN FRANCISCO - At least three other lawsuits around the country may be influenced by Pacific Bell's agreement to credit the pensions of 10,000 female workers for time denied while they were on pregnancy leave, a settlement valued at $25 million, lawyers in the case said.
