Section 12101 et seq. Sutton v. United Airlines Inc. , 1999 U.S.Lexis 4371 (June 22, 1999); Murphy v. United Parcel Service Inc. , 1999 U.S.Lexis 4370 (June 22, 1999); and Albertsons v.
