High Court Takes Employment Case

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to consider whether the exception that bars most employment lawsuits against religious organizations applies when the plaintiff is both a minister and a teacher at a religious school who instructs a secular curriculum. The court will review the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision allowing such a suit to proceed.
