Kodak Patent Claim to Get Another Look

The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Friday it would review its administrative law judge's conclusion that Apple Inc. and Research in Motion Ltd. did not infringe an Eastman Kodak Co. patent in connection with a feature that allows image previews on camera phones.

The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Friday it would review its administrative law judge's conclusion that Apple Inc. and Research in Motion Ltd. did not infringe an Eastman Kodak Co. patent in connection with a feature that allows image previews on camera phones.
