PALO ALTO - Fenwick & West LLP advised Facebook Inc. in its acquisition of Israeli start-up Snaptu.
Snaptu makes applications for feature phones, the industry term for non-smartphones. The deal has been reported as low as $30 million and as high as $70 million. Terms were not disclosed.
