A new online movie-streaming business claims to have found an affordable and legal way around negotiating license fees with studios, but some observers are already calling foul on the Silicon Valley upstart.


Venture capital-backed Zediva has hundreds of DVDs and DVD players in its headquarters that subscribers can access remotely through their computers for $2 a pop.
