WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court appeared likely Monday to hand prosecutors a victory by narrowing the circumstances in which a defendant can suppress evidence. The court heard argument in a sequel to its 2009 ruling that the Fourth Amendment requires police officers to justify the warrantless search of a car of somebody they've just arrested. Arizona v.
