More Settlements in SRAM Suits

Samsung Electronics Co. and Cypress Semiconductor Corp. have agreed to pay $33.25 million and $6.25 million, respectively, to resolve direct purchasers' claims that the manufacturers fixed the price of Static Random Access Memory.

SAN FRANCISCO - Samsung Electronics Co. agreed to pay $33.25 million to end a massive civil antitrust case in which direct purchasers claimed the company conspired with other manufacturers to fix the price of Static Random Access Memory.
