SF School of the Arts Wins City Mock Trial Competition

The Bar Association of San Francisco hosted its mock trial competition last week, where six high San Francisco high schools argued cases for the chance to represent the city in the statewide competition starting March 25. School of the Arts faced off against Balboa High School in the finals, with School of the Arts coming out on top as citywide champions. With the help of donations from local law firms attorneys volunteering as coaches, students prepped for four months to argue in front of currently presiding judges in an authentic courtroom setting at the San Francisco Superior Court.
