GCs mull which emails to delete after Sony hack

Some companies who agreed to discuss their information management policies on the record appear to be ahead of the curve.

Hackers' release of sensitive communications from Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. has again put a spotlight on the importance of comprehensive data management policies.
