Elwood M. Rich, retired judge and longtime fixture at the Riverside courthouse best known for founding California Southern Law School, died Thursday at his home in Riverside. He was 94.
Friends and colleagues say Rich leaves behind not only a legacy of education and but also skilled conflict resolution.
