Observers skeptical that San Jose can overturn baseball's antitrust exemption

The U.S. Supreme Court will consider taking up the case over the A's baseball team after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declined, as expected, to overturn a 93-year-old high court precedent on Thursday.
